Chicken Soup you can taste it

 This basic Thai chicken soup has that unmistakable Thai flavor - a parity of fiery, salty, sweet and acrid. Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken

  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • Additional salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken, lemongrass, 10 basil leaves, ginger, and salt into the slow cooker.
  2. Fill up the slow cooker with water.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Ladle the broth into a bowl, add in salt to taste, squeeze in fresh lime juice to taste, and garnish with chopped basil leaves.
